These terms govern all purchases made from Premium Pilot Shop ApS ("we", "us"), CVR 00000000, Lufthavnsvej 1, 4000 Roskilde, Denmark.

1. Agreement

By placing an order you accept these terms. A binding agreement is formed when we confirm your order by email.

2. Prices

All prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% Danish VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout. Your order is dispatched once payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal — see the Right of Withdrawal / Returns page.

6. Warranty

The Danish Sale of Goods Act applies, giving a 24-month right to complain about defects. Manufacturer warranties may extend this.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes may be brought before the Danish courts or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
