What we collect

When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address, plus your order history.

Why we collect it

To process and deliver your orders, manage your account, provide support and meet legal (e.g. accounting) obligations.

Legal basis

Processing is based on performance of your contract and, where relevant, our legitimate interest and legal obligations under the GDPR.

Storage

Order data is retained for 5 years as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, and to object to processing. Contact info@premiumpilotshop.dk to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

Sharing

We share data only with the partners needed to fulfil your order (payment and shipping providers) and never sell your data.
