14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

How to withdraw

Notify us at info@premiumpilotshop.dk within the 14-day period. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Condition of goods

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. If the item shows use beyond this, we may deduct for the reduction in value.

Return shipping

You pay the cost of returning the goods. Send returns to Premium Pilot Shop ApS, Lufthavnsvej 1, 4000 Roskilde.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price (including standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.

Faulty goods

Faulty or incorrect items are covered by the 24-month right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act — contact us and we will arrange repair, replacement or refund.
